FINAL LIST OF POSSIBLE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR YOUR COLLEGE JOURNEY

So long, no chat!

It has been a few days since my last post. The nice long weekend that most of us were able to enjoy really got a hold of me. My travels to visit my brother and friends in Chicago went well.

This holiday in particular not only allows us all to take specific and sincere moments to honor those protecting our freedom. But more importantly, Memorial Day is there for us to pay particular attention to those that have fallen due to their service.

This weekend I certainly remembered them, and those in my own personal life.

I also helped my brother Kevin get his pool ready and some yard work done.

Thankfully my year is slowing up quite a bit as the school year comes to a close. Those of you in that situation now should take advantage of doing some research as you end school, ad throughout your summer vacation. I’ve provided 4 other posts on lists of scholarships available to you. Some of them may have a later due date, so check them all out. I posted Scholarship listing #1, #2, #3, and #4. Now, this final and just as important listing is of scholarships targeting specific demographics and ethnicities.

This last list of available scholarship websites targets specific groups and individuals. I’ve been getting a lot of requests lately for international scholarships available, especially to those of you wanting to study here in the US. I’ll check this out and post my research and findings later. There are some policies and regulations regarding studying abroad. I’ll try to find information about that too.

Check out these scholarships and see what you can be available for. More and more scholarships are especially available to children of military personnel. What a great way to celebrate the freedom we have because of our military.

Check ’em out and let me know what you think!

Now these past few posts I’ve made regarding these scholarship websites came from http://www.utpa.edu, The University of Texas, Pan American. I’ve made sure I mentioned that site providing this information, but they do have a disclaimer that I noticed on their site that I should have added before. I certainly don’t stand behind these sites directly, as is with UTPA, merely because I haven’t applied for any of these scholarships. I have opened these sites and checked them out and they look and seem pretty legitimate. I’m sure most of them are great opportunities for many of you. Here’s the disclaimer that was on http://www.utpa.edu: Disclaimer: Students in search of scholarships to pay for college may find some of the links here useful. This information is provided for informational purposes only. Inclusion does not constitute endorsement. Neither the Office of Student Financial Services nor The University of Texas Pan American can guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, nor is responsible for the content in any of these outside sites or sources of information. It is critical that students verify information, particularly where deadlines are concerned.

I like being official and playing it safe. 🙂

I also wanted to include a scholarship website that one of our readers suggested. Check out http://www.how2winscholarships.com as it’s a website on the process of winning scholarships. Thanks Mark for your suggestion here and for sharing!

Please let me know any success you’ve had in your scholarship search, and any scholarships that you’ve won! Remember sharing is important to humanity.

Your Success is my Success,

Keith
